Ingredients:
- Boiled drum sticks - 2(ସିଜା ଛୁଇଁ)
- Raw rice(soaked) - 3 tbsp(ଚାଉଳ)
- Ginger(chopped) - 1 tbsp(ଅଦା)
- Garlic - 6-7 cloves(ରସୁଣ)
- Dry chillies - 1-2(ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା)
- Jeera - 2 tsp(ଜିରା)
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1-2 tbsp(optional)(ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର)
- Oil - 2 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Cut the drumsticks length wise and boil it.
- Grind the soaked rice,chillies,ginger,garlic,coriander leaves and make fine paste and keep a side.
- Add 1 tbsp of besan or gram flour and mix it well.
- Slit the boiled drumstick and dip in to the mixture and coat the masala both side of drumstick.
- Mean while heat the oil in a pan and put masala wrapped drumstick one by one.
- Cook it on medium flame till both sides became light brown color.
