Ingredients:
- Boiled potatos(cube) - 2(ସିଜା ଆଳୁ)
- Onion(chopped) - 2(ପିଆଜ)
- Ginger garlic - 1 tsp(ପିଆଜ)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା
ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp(ଜିରା)
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp(ସୋରିଷ)
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - few(ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର )
- Oil - 1-2 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Heat oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds and mustard seeds,while its cracking;add onion and saute it till onion became light brown color.
- Then add ginger garlic paste and saute it for couple of mins.
- Add turmeric powder,chilli powder and salt and cook till masala cooked properly.
- Finally Add boiled potatos and mix well.
- Cover the lid for 2 mins.
- Open the lid and garnish with coriander leaves and mix it and server hot with as side dish or with pakhala bhatta.
