Ingredients:
- Drumstick(1 " length) -2(ଛୁଇଁ)
- Moong dal(soaked)- 3-4 tbsp(ମୁଗ ଡାଲି)
- Tomatos(chopped) - 2(ଟମାଟର)
- Potatos(boiled) - 1(optional)(ଆଳୁ)
- Brinjal (length wise) - 1(optional)(ବାଇଗଣ)
- Onions(slice) -2(ପିଆଜ)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tbsp(ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ବଟା)
- Turmeic powder - 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Chilli powder - 1/2 tsp or as taste(ଲଙ୍କା
ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp(ଧନିଆ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Oil - 2 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Heat the oil in a kadai.
- Add sliced onion and saute it for couple of mins.
- Add Turmeric powder,salt,ginger garlic paste and drumsticks and mix it well.
- Cover the lid and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
- Add chopped tomatos,chilli powder and coriander powder and mix well.
- Cover the lid and cook it tomatos became mashy.
- Finally add soaked moong dal,boiled potatos and 1/2 cup water and cover it and cook for 5 mins on medium flame.
- Serve hot with rice a sise dish or with roti.
