Ingredients:
- Cauliflower(medium) - 1(ଫୁଲକୋବି)
- Potatos(medium) -2-3(ଆଳୁ)
- Onions(slice) - 2(ପିଆଜ)
- Peas - 1/2 cup(ମଟର)
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp(ଜିରା)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Chilli powder - 1/2 - 1 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା
ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Oil - 2-3 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Clean,wash and cut the cauliflower and potatos and keep a side.
- Boil water,add salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric and soak the cauliflower for 10 mins.
- Heat the oil in a kadai.
- Put jeera,while it turns brown color,then add cauliflower and saute it for 5 mins.
- Then add turmeric powder,potatos,Onions and green peas and mix it well.
- Cover the lid and cook it till vegetables 1/2 cooked.
- Open the lid and add chilli powder,salt and mix well.
- Fry the vegetables on medium flame with out closing lid till it cooked propely(if required sprinkle little water )
- Serve hot with paratha or rice a aside dish.
