Ingredients:
- Onion Pakora-10(ପିଆଜ ପକୁଡି)
- Yogurt/Curd-2 cup(ଦହି)
- Dry Red chili-2(ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା)
- Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp(ସୋରିଷ)
- Curry leaves -5-10
- Green chillies - 1-2(ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Refined oil- 5 tsp(ତେଲ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Make onion pakora and keep aside.
- Take the curd and grind it along with salt,green chillies and water and keep it in a bowl.
- Add pakora in to the curd and mix it well.
- Heat oil in a pan,add broken red chili,mustard seeds when it start spluttering,add curry leaves and turmeric.stir it 1 min,switch off the flame.then add it to mixed yogurt.
- Serve with rice as side dish.
