Ingredients:
- French beans - 250 grm(ବିନସ୍)
- Onion(slice) - 2 big(ପିଆଜ)
- Green chilli(slice) - 1
- Dry chilli - 1(ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା)
- Garlic(crushed) - 10 pods(ରସୁଣ)
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp(ସୋରିଷ)
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp(ଜିରା)
- Turmeric powder -1 pinch or 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Oil - 1 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Cut the Beans and wash it and keep a side.
- Heat the oil in a pan and put mustard and cumin seeds,green chilli and saute it.
- when it begins cracking then add red chilli and garlic and saute it.
- add Bean, salt and turmeric powder and cover it and cook it for 5 mins.
- Open the lid and put onion and fry it in low flame until bean became light brown and properly cooked.
- Server hot with paratha/rice.
