Ingredients:
- Onion(slice) - 1 large(ପିଆଜ)
- Besan - 1 cup(ବେସନ)

Rice flour - 1/2 cup(ଚାଉଳ )

Ajwain - 1/2 tbsp(ଜୁଆଣୀ)

Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
- Green chilli(chopped) - 2

Chilly powder - 1/4 tbsp (ଲଙ୍କା
ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Curry leaves(chopped)(optional)
- Oil for deep fry(ତେଲ)
Method:
- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients accept water and onion.
- Then add water little by little until it is in the accurate consistent.Batter should be little thick. Now Add onion into the batter and mix well.
- Now preheat the oil in the medium flame and slowly add this batter
little by little and fry well until they are crispy
and golden color.
- Server hot with tomato sauce.
