Ingredients:
- Bhindi(Lady Fingure) - 250 g (ଭେଣ୍ଡି)
- Oil - 2 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Onion(cube size) - 1 medium(ପିଆଜ)
- Mustard Seeds - 1tsp(ସୋରିଷ)
- Dry Chilli/Green Chilli - 2 (ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା
ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp(ଧନିଆ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Curd - 1/2 cup(ଦହି )
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 medium(ଟମାଟର)
- Salt to taste (ଲୁଣ)
Method:-
- Wash and dry the bhindi and cut it into small round pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan and fry bhindi pieces till bhindi become crisp.
- Once they get fried, transfer to the plate and keep a side.
- In the same pan add little oil and put Onion and saute till it become light brown.
- Put chopped tomato,salt, coriander powder and chilli powder and saute it for 3-4 mins till tomato become soft and massy.
- Finallyadd curd, fried bhindi and mix well and cook for 5 mins.
- Serve hot with rice or roti.
