Ingredients:
- Cauliflower leaf(chopped) - 2 cup(ଫୁଲକୋବି ପତ୍ର)
- Dry chilli - 2(ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା)
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp(ସୋରିଷ)
- Potato(chopped) - 1 cup(optional)(ଆଳୁ)
- Garlic cloves(crushed) - 10 (ରସୁଣ)
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp(ହଳଦୀଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Refined oil - 1 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add mustard seeds, dry chilli, garlic and saute it for 1 mins.
- Put cauliflower leaf,salt, turmeric powder and mix well.
- Cover and cook 5-10 min on low flame.
- Open the lid and saute till it turns to light brown color(you can add black pepper also).
- Server hot with rice as side dish.
