lady finger Fry (ଭେଣ୍ଡି ଭଜା)
Ingredients:-
- Bhindi(Lady Fingure) - 250 g (ଭେଣ୍ଡି)
- Oil - 2 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Onion(cube size) - 1 medium
- Mustard Seeds - 1tsp
- Dry Chilli/Green Chilli - 2
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Salt to taste (ଲୁଣ)
- Wash and dry the bhindi and cut it into small round pieces.
- Heat oil in a pan,put mustard seeds,red chilli,once its cracking put the bhindi pieces and fry till bhindi become crisp.
- Once they get fried, add Onion, salt and chilli powder and saute it for 3-4 mins.
- Let it cool,then add lime juice,red chilli powder and salt.Mix well.
- Serve hot as a side dish with rice.
