Ingredients:
- Raw Banana - 2(କଦଳି)
- Mustard Seed - ½ tsp(ସୋରିଷ)
- Cumin Seeds - ½ tsp(ଜିରା)
- Curry Leaves -1 sprig
- Dry Red Chilly - 2(ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା)
- Onion(slice) – 2(ପିଆଜ)
- Turmeric Powder – ½ tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Red Chilly Powder – 1 tsp (ଲଙ୍କା
ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Salt as taste(ଲୁଣ)
- Oil as needed(ତେଲ)
Method:
- Peel and cut the raw bananas into small pieces(To prevent black looking hands apply some oil on your hands before you start cutting the vegetable).
- Heat oil in a pan.
- When hot,splutter mustard seeds and cumin seeds.
- Then put curry leaves, red chillies and onions and sauté for a couple of minutes.
- Add turmeric,chilli powder, salt and finally the raw bananas. Saute well and cook covered till done on low flame.
- Open the lid and saute it for couple of min.
- Serve hot with rice and dal.
