Ingredients:
- Ragi semiya - 100 grm(ରାଗି ସେମିୟା)
- Carrot - 1/2 cup(ଗାଜର)
- Beans - 1/2 cup(ବିନ୍ଶ୍)
- Onion(chopped) - 1-2(ପିଆଜ)
- Chana dal - 1 tbsp(ଚଣା ଡାଲି )
- Green chilli(chopped) -2(ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
- Peanuts - 1/2 cup(ବାଦାମ)
- Curry leaves - 1 sprig
- Mustard - 1 tsp(ସୋରିଷ)
- Oil - 2 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Boil the raagi semiya for 3-4 mins,spread and keep it side to cool.
- Heat oil in a pan ,season with mustard seeds,chana dal and peanuts.When it splutters add curry leaves,onion,green chilli.Saute till translucent .
- Then add chopped vegetables along with a pinch of salt. Fry for two to three minutes in a low heat. Then add the remaining half of the cooked vermicelli along with salt and mix well.
- Server hot with chutney.
