Ingredients:
- Egg - 4(ଅଣ୍ଡା)
- Onion(chopped) - 1(ପିଆଜ)
- Tomato(chopped) - 1(ଟମାଟର)
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2(ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
- Sweet corn(boiled) - 1 cup(ମକା)
- Chicken masala powder - 1 tsp(ତରକାରୀ ମସଲା)
- Oil - 2 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Turmeric powder - 2 pinch(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା
ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Crushed Black pepper - 1-1/2 tsp((ଗୋଲ୍ ମରିଚ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp(ଜିରା)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp(ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ବଟା)
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp(ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Crack 4 eggs into a bowl. Add salt and crushed black pepper.
- Heat a pan with oil. Add jeera and green chillies and saute it for 1 min.
- Add chopped onions and sauté it till onion turns to brown color.
- Now add ginger garlic paste,salt, turmeric,chilli powder, chopped Tomato and mix it properly and Cook till water evaporates and you get a nice onion tomato paste like consistency.
- Now add boiled corn,chicken masala powder and cook it for a couple of mins.
- Finally add the eggs from the bowl and mix well on low heat.
- Sprinkle some coriander leaves and server hot with rice or parotha.
