Ingredients:
- Green peas - 1 cup(ମଟର)
- Tomato(chopped) - 1-2 medium(ଟମାଟର)
- Green chilly(chopped) - 2
- Turmeric - 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Onion(chopped) - 2 medium(ପିଆଜ)
- Mustard seeds - 1 tsp(ସୋରିଷ)
- Garlic clove(chopped) - 4-5(ରସୁଣ)
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Put the mustard seeds and let them crackle, then add chopped onion, green chilly, chopped garlic,turmeric powder and saute it till onion turns light brown color.
- Add green peas and cook it in low flame for 5 mins.
- Finally add tomato and salt and mix it well, cover and cook it till tomato became mashy.
- After that saute it for couple of time and server hot with paratha/roti.
