Ingredients:
- Eggs - 6
- Garlic - 6 pods
- Onion(chopped) - 1
- Green chillis - 2
- Ginger - 1 inch
- Kasturi methi - 1 tsp
- Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
- Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
- chat masala - 1/2 tsp
- Curd - 2-3 tbsl
- Oil - 1 tbsp
- Butter - 1/2 tbsp
- Salt as taste
- Cinnamon - 1 inch
- Cardamom - 2
- Tamato - 1(chopped)
- Water - 1 cup
Method:
- Boil eggs for 15 mins.
- Make a coarse paste of Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Green chilli.
- Heat the oil in a pan and saute the paste.
- Add red chilli powder, salt and saute for 3 mins.
- Add chopped tomato and cover it for 5 mins.
- Finally add kasturi methi,garam masala and chat masala and saute it.
- Whisk the curd and mix it well to the saute.
- Add 1 cup of water and boil it for 10 mins.
- make slice cut of boiled eggs and add them in the mixture.
- Add butter and cook it for 5 mins.
- Server hot with Paratha/rice.
