Maurali Fish fry
Ingredients:
- Fish - 250 grm
- Turmeric powder - 1 1/2 tsp
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp
- Mustard oil - 3-4 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Clean the fish and wash it.
- Add turmeric powder, salt and chilli power and mix it well.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- put the fish mixture in to the pan and fry it till the fish become light brown/golden in color.
- server hot with rice.
