Ingredients:
- Cabbage(slice) - 1 medium
- Onion(slice) - 2 big
- Tomato(chopped) - 1 medium
- Green chilli(slice) - 1
- Dry chilli - 1
- Garlic - 10 pods
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
- Oil - 2 tbsp
- Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut the cabbage and wash it and keep a side.
- Cut the onion, make the coarse paste of garlic and keep a side.
- Heat the oil in a pan and put mustard and cumin seeds,green chilli and saute it.
- when it begins cracking then add red chilli and garlic and saute it.
- add cabbage, salt and turmeric powder and cover it and cook it for10 mins.
- Open the lid and put onion and tomato into it and fry it in low flame until cabbage became light brown and properly cooked.
- Garnish it with coriander leaf(optional).
- Server hot with paratha/rice.
