Ingredients:
- Fish head(fried and crushed) - 1(ମାଛ)
- Moong dal(1/2 boiled) - 3/4 cup(ମୁଗ ଡାଲି)
- Green peas - 1/2 cup(ମଟର)
- Tomatos(chopped) - 1(ଟମାଟର)
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp(ଜିରା)
- Onion(chopped) - 1(ପିଆଜ)
- Ginger garlic paste - 1 1/2 tsp(ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ବଟା)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Chilli powder - 1 or 1/2 tsp(as required)(ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Oil - 1 tbsp(ସୋରିଷ ତେଲ)
- Fish curry powder - 1 /2 tsp(ମାଛ ତରକାରୀ ମସଲା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add cumin seeds,while sizzling, add chopped onion and saute it till onion turne light pink color.
- The add ginger garlic paste and saute it couple of mins.
- Then add tomatos,peas,turmeric,chilli powder and salt and mix it well.
- Cover the lid and cook till tomatos became mashy.
- Thn add crushed fish heat and little(1/2 cup) water and mix it well and cook on medium flame for 3-4 mins.
- Finally add boiled moong dal,fish curry powder and mix well and cook on medium flame for 5 mins.(if u want more gravy,thn u can add water)
- Serve hot with rice and dal.
