Ingredients:
- Palak(chopped) - 1/2 of bunch(ପାଲଙ୍ଗ)
- Potato(cube size) - 2 medium(ଆଳୁ)
- Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp(ଜିରା)
- Mustard seeds - 1/2 tsp(ସୋରିଷ)
- Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Coriander powder - 1 tsp(ଧନିଆ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Chilli powder - 1/2 - 1 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା
ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Oil - 1 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Heat the oil in a pan and put cumin seeds and mustard seeds.
- While it starts cracking,add potatos and saute it for couple of mins.
- Then add turmeric powder,mix it and cover the lid till potato cooked well.
- Open the lid and put chopped palak, chilli powder,coriander powder and salt and mix it properly.
- Cover the lid on medium flame for 5-10 till palak and potato cooked properly.
- Switch of the flame and server hot with rotis or parotha.
