Ingredients:
- Apple -1
- Cold Milk - 1 ½ cup
- Oats roasted - 4 tbsp
- Honey - 1 tbsp
- Dry fruits - 2 tbsp
Method:
- Heat the pan and dry roast the oats on medium flame. Keep stirring.
- Then cool down the roasted oats to the room temperature.
- Wash & remove the seeds from the apple and cut them into small pieces.
- Using a blender blend the roasted oats, apple, milk, and honey.
- Serve the chilled oats apple shake with dry fruits.
