Ingredients:
- Methi (Fenugreek ) leaves - 250 gms(washed and chopped finely or boiled
methi for few minutes)

Green chilli - 2 chopped

Onion - 5 chopped(optional)
- Coriander powder – 1 tsp

Salt as taste

Red chilli powder - ½ tsp

Cumin seeds ( jeera ) -1 tsp

Wheat flour - 4 small bowl
- Oil/butter as required for paratha
Method:
- Take all the ingredients except wheat flour, in a flat plate.
- Mash properly, now add wheat flour and mix.
- Add little water and make a medium dough.
- Put it covered for 15 min.
- Heat the tawa , Now neat the dough with little oil,
make small balls of it and roll like a round chapatti or like a triangle
paratha .
- Put it on preheated tawa, bake from both sides , apply butter or oil on both
sides, bake on medium flame.
- Methi Paratha is ready, serve it hot with curd or any type of chatni.
