Ingredients:
- Cooked rice - 2 cups(ଭାତ)
- Ghee - 1 tbsp(ଘିଅ)
- Oil - 1 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Onion - 1(ପିଆଜ)
- Beans(chopped) - 1/2 cup(ବିନ୍ସ)
- Carrot(chopped) - 1/2 cup (ଗାଜର)
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2(ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
- Jeera - 1 tsp(ଜିରା)
- Garlic(chopped) - 1 tbsp(ରସୁଣ)
- Green peas - 1/2 cup(ମଟର)
- Soya sauce - 1 tbsp(ସୋୟା ଶସ୍)
- Vinegar - 1 tsp(ଭିନେଗାର)
- Salt to taste (ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Heat the pan and add oil and ghee to it.
- Put jeera,chopped garlic and green chillies and saute it for couple of mins.
- Then add chopped onion and saute it till onion turns light pink color.
- Now add all vegetables except capsicum to the pan and saute the vegetable till 1/2 cooked.
- Then add Capsicum and saute it for 1-2 minutes.
- Add vinegar and soya sauce and mix it well.
- Then add Salt. Finally add the cooked rice.
- Mix well and cook the rice for another 2 minutes
- All the things are mixed well. Garnish the rice with coriander leaves and mix.
- Fried Rice are now ready.
- Serve hot.
