Ingredients:
- Kunduru(slice) - 250 gram(କୁନ୍ଦୁରି)
- Onion(slice) - 2 medium(ପିଆଜ)
- Potato - 2 medium(optional) (ଆଳୁ)
- Turmeric powder - 1 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Dry chilly - 2(ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା)
- Oil - 2 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Cumin seeds - 1 tsp(ଜିରା)
- Garlic(crushed) - 6 cloves(ରସୁଣ)
- Gram flour - 2 tbsp(optional)(ବେସନ)
- Chilly powder - 1/2 tsp(optional)(ଲଙ୍କା
ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Wash the kunduru, cut it and keep a side.
- Heat the oil in a pan.
- Add jeera,crushed garlic and dry chilly,when it starts cracking,add kunduru,salt, turmeric powder and fry it for 5 mins.
- Then add sliced onion and saute it and fry it till kunduru cooked properly .
- Finally add red chilly powder and gram flour and stir it for 5 mins.
- Serve hot with rice and dal.
