Ingredients:
- Cauliflower(medium) - 1(ଫୁଲକୋବି)
- Potatos(cube size) -2 (ଆଳୁ)
- Oil - 2-3 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Chilli powder - 1 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା
ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Bayleaf -1 (ତେଜ ପତ୍ର)
- Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp(ଧନିଆ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Cumin powder - 1/2 tsp(ଜିରା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp(ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ବଟା)
- Onion(chopped) - 2(ପିଆଜ)
- Tomato(chopped) - 2(ଟମାଟର)
- Salt - to taste(ଲୁଣ)
- Cilantro for Garnishing(ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର)
Method:
- Wash Cauliflower florets with water.
- Boil water,add salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric and soak the cauliflower for 10 mins.
- Peel,wash and cut the potatos in cube size.
- Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
- Fry the potatos and cauliflower till it half cook and keep a side.
- Add bayleaf, chopped onion and stir well.
- Once Onion turns soft, add turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste and saute for couple of minutes.
- Add tomatoes and cook till they become soft & mushy.
- Add rest of the powders and mix well.
- Next, add the fried cauliflower,potatos and salt and stir gently.
- Cover the lid and cook till all vegetables cooked properly(if required you can add water)
- Serve hot with roti or paratha.
