Bread vada (ପାଉରୁଟି ବରା)
Ingredients:
- Bread(crushed) - 4(ପାଉରୁଟି)
- Onion(chopped) - 2(ପିଆଜ)
- Green chillies(chopped) - 2(ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
- Grated carrot - 2(ଗାଜର)
- Coriander leaves(chopped) - 1 tbsp(ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର)
- Curd - 1 cup(ଦହି)
- Oil for fry(ତେଲ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
Method:
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl expect oil.
- Heat oil and simultaneously make small ball and flatten them and deep fry the bread vada to brown color.
- Remove it to kitchen towal to absorb excess oil.
- Serve with tomato sauce.
