Ingredients:
- Pasta - 1 cup(ପାସ୍ତା)
- Onion(chopped) - 1(ପିଆଜ)
- Tomato(coarse paste) - 1(large)(ଟମାଟର)
- Garlic(chopped) - 1 tbsp(ରସୁଣ)
- Red chilli powder - 1 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- carrot(1 inch length) - 1/2 cup(ଗାଜର)
- Green peas - 1/2cup(ମଟର)
- Capsicum(1 inch length) - 1/4 cup
- Green chilli(chopped) - 1-2(ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
- Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
- Chicken masala powder - 1/2 tsp(ଚିକେନ୍ ମସଲା)
- Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp(ଗୋଲ୍ ମରିଚ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
- Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
- Maida -1 tbsp(ମଇଦା)
- Milk - 1 1/2 cup(ଖିର)
- Oil - 1 tbsp(ତେଲ)
- Butter - 2 tbsp
- Jeera/ cumin seeds - 1 tsp(ଜିରା)
Method:
- Boil 4 cups water and add the pasta, required salt and 1 tbsp oil. Cook for 10- 12 mins.
- once the pasta is done,drain in a metal strainer.
- Boil water and tomato for 2 mins.
- Take out the tomato, run through cold water, peel off the skin.Grind coarsely.
- Heat 1 tbsp butter in a pan and temper with jeera(medium flame),add green chillies,garlic and give it a stir for half a minute.
- Add finely chopped onion and fry until transparent. Then put all the vegetables and salt and fry for 2 minutes in medium flame.
- Add salt and black pepper. Toss and cook for 15 minutes. After cooking the vegetables put it aside.
- In a pan, add butter and flour and cook for five minutes till it forms a light brown paste. Add milk and stir for about ten minutes. Keep aside.
- In a large frying pan, add 2 tbsp butter and add the pasta. Next, add the vegetables and finally, add the white sauce. Toss for about a minute so the items mix evenly. Add crushed pepper and toss and serve hot.
