Chuda/Poha Ghasa(ଚୁଡା ଘଷା)
Ingredients:
- Chuda/Poha (ଚୁଡା) - 1 kg
- Coconut(grated) (ନଡିଆ) -2
- Ghee(ଘିଅ) - 25 grm
- Sugar (ଚିନି) -100 grm
- Green cardamom(ଗୁଜୁରାତି) - 8
- Black pepper(ଗୋଲମରିଚ) - 20
- Bundi(ବୁନ୍ଦି) - 100 grm
Method:
- Grind together chuda/Poha and Sugar till poha become small broken pieces and keep a side.
- Add Ghee, cardamom, Black pepper and mix well through hand.
- Add grated coconut and Bundi and mix it well.
- Serve with Cucumber.
