Moong dal khichdi(ମୁଗ ଖେଚୁଡି)

- Heat the ghee in a pressure cooker and add cumin seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add green chillies, ginger, cloves and bayleaf and saute for 30 seconds.
- Add the vegetables and salt according to vegatable, turmeric powder and mix well and cook for 2 -3 mins.
- Wash the rice,dal anddrain the excess water.
- Add the rice,dal and saute it for couple of mins.
- Then add 4 cup boiled water, salt and cover and pressure cook for 4 whistles.
- Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
- Serve hot with dalma/dahi.
