Oats apple shake


Ingredients:


  • Apple -1
  • Cold Milk - 1 ½ cup
  • Oats roasted - 4 tbsp
  • Honey - 1 tbsp
  • Dry fruits - 2 tbsp

Method:

  • Heat the pan and dry roast the oats on medium flame. Keep stirring.
  • Then cool down the roasted oats to the room temperature.
  • Wash & remove the seeds from the apple and cut them into small pieces.
  • Using a blender blend the roasted oats, apple, milk, and honey.
  • Serve the chilled oats apple shake with dry fruits.
