Egg keema(ଅଣ୍ଡା କିମା)

Ingredients:

  • Boiled eggs - 4 (chopped )(ଅଣ୍ଡା
  • Onion (chopped) - 1 Large(ପିଆଜ
  • Tomato(pureed) - 2 (ଟମାଟର)
  • Green peas( boiled ) - 1/2 cup (ମଟର)
  • Ginger-Garlic paste - 2 tsp(ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ବଟା)
  • Green chillies(chopped) - 2 (ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
  • Red chilli powder -  1 tsp (as required)(ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Chicken masala powder - 1 tsp(ଚିକେନ୍ ମସଲା)
  • Whole garam masala -(bayleaf(ତେଜ ପତ୍ର -1 ,cinnamon(ଡାଲଚିନି) -1/2 inch stick, Cardamom(ଗୁଜୁରାତି-1, pepper(ଗୋଲ୍ ମରିଚ -4-5,cloves -2) 
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ
  • Cumin seeds -1/2 tsp(ଜିରା)
  • Salt - as required(ଲୁଣ)
  • Oil - 2 tsp(ତେଲ)
  • Corriander  leaves to garnish(ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର)

Method:

  • Heat oil in a pan, add cumin seeds,whole garam masalas, when it splutters, add onion,green chillies and saute it till it turns brown. Then add ginger-garlic paste,turmeric,chilli powder and saute it for 2-3 mins.


  • Add the tomato pureed, salt and saute it till the oil release out from it
  • Add the chopped eggs,chicken masala and cooked peas and mix well with the gravy, if needed add 1/2 cup water and bring them to boil in medium heat for few minutes.
  • Put coriander leaves and serve hot with chappathi or Rice.
