Fish egg masala fry( ମାଛ ବିହନ ମସଲା)


Ingredients:


  • Fish eggs - 1 Cup(ମାଛ ଅଣ୍ଡା)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
  • Chili powder - 1 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)   
  • Mutard oil2 tbsp(ସୋରିଷ ତେଲ)
  • Cumin seeds - 1 tsp (ଜିରା)
  • Onion(chopped) - 1 Medium(ପିଆଜ)
  • Green chilli(chopped) - 1(ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)  
  • Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp(ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ବଟା)
  • Tomato(chopped) - 1 medium(ଟମାଟର)
  • Fish msala powder - 1 - 1/2 tsp(ମାଛ ମସଲା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Salt To Taste(ଲୁଣ)

 Method:

  • In a bowl, add the fish eggs, turmeric powder, 1/2 tsp of chili powder and salt.Mix it properly.
  • In a pan heat 1 tbsp of oil and add the marinated fish eggs. Let the mix cook until the water dries out and keep a side.

  • In the same pan heat 1 more tbsp of oil.Put in jeera,chopped onions, green chilli and saute it till onion turns to light brown color.
  • Then add ginger garlic paste,salt,turmeric powder,chilly powder and mix well.Add chopped tomato,mix well and cover a lid in low flame till tomato became soft.
  • Add the cooked fish eggs into the pan and combine well and cook for 2-3 mins.
  • Server hot with rice/roti.
