Egg noodles(ଅଣ୍ଡା ନୁଡଲ୍ଶ୍)

 

Ingredients:

  • Egg noodles -1 pkt
  • Carrot(slice) - 2(ଗାଜର)
  • Beans(slice) -10(ବିନ୍ଶ୍)
  • Onion(slice) - 2(ପିଆଜ
  • Green Chilly(chopped) - 2(ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
  • Garlic(chopped) - 10 (ରସୁଣ
  • Tomato sauce - 2-3 tbsp(ଟମାଟର ଶସ୍)
  • Soya sauce - 4 tbsp(ସୋୟା ଶସ୍)
  • Oil - 3 tbsp(ତେଲ
  • Egg - 4(ଅଣ୍ଡା)
  • Vinegar - 2 tsp(ଭିନେଗାର)
  • Spring onion(chopped) - 1 bunch(ପିଆଜ ପତ୍ର)
  • Shredded Cabbage - 1/2 cup(ବନ୍ଧାକୋବି)
  • Black pepper to taste(ଗୋଲମରିଚ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)

Method:

  •  Boil the Egg noodles according to the instructions on the packet. Drain and rinse the noodles with cold water. Keep aside.
  • Beat the eggs with little salt and pepper and keep aside.
  • Heat 1 tbsp of oil in a pan and stir fry the egg and keep a side.
  • Heat 2 more tbsp of oil in the same pan and saute onions until translucent.
  • Add chopped garlic and saute for 2 minutes, making sure not to burn it.
  • Add carrots, beans and cabbage to the pan. Stir fry on medium-high heat for around 5 minutes till it almost cooked but crispy. Season with salt and pepper.
  • Throw in the previously stir fried egg to the pan.
  • Add soya sauce, chilly sauce, tomato sauce and vinegar in to the pan.
  • Mix all the ingredients properly and Saute for 2 minutes.
  • Add the noodles,spring onions. Toss everything well for 3-4 minutes on medium high heat until the sauces have been absorbed by the noodles.
