Dalia with moong dal(ଗହମ ଖଣ୍ଡ)

Ingredients:

  • Dalia(Broken wheat) - 1/2 cup(ଗହମ ଖଣ୍ଡ)
  • Moong dal - 1/2 cup(ମୁଗ ଡାଲି)
  • Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp(ଘିଅ)
  • Water - 3 cup(ପାଣି)
  • Black pepper - 1/2 tsp(ଗୋଲ୍ମରିଚ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)

Method:

  • Clean dalia and moong dal.
  • Heat ghee in a pressure cooker.
  • Put dalia and moong dal in to pressure coker and saute it till it became light brown color.
  • Then add water and salt amd mix it properl.
  • Cover the lid and cook it in a low flame(atleast 4-5 whistle).
  • Finally add black pepper and serve hot.
