Bhindi raita(ଦହି ଭେଣ୍ଡି)

Ingredients:

  • Bhindi/okra/ladies finger-10(ଭେଣ୍ଡି)
  • Yogurt/Curd-2 cup(ଦହି
  • Dry Red chili-2(ଶୁଖିଲା ଲଙ୍କା)
  • Mustard seeds-1/2 tsp(ସୋରିଷ
  • Curry leaves  -5-10
  • Refined oil- 5  tsp(ତେଲ
  • Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)

Method:


  • Wash the whole bhindi & dry in a clean towel,cut into 1 inch length,Marinate with salt & fry in slow fire till it crispy & keep aside.
  • Take a bowl,Mix yogurt gently with fried bhindi & salt.
  • Heat oil in a pan,add broken red chili,mustard seeds when it start spluttering,add curry leaves.stir it 1 min,switch off the flame.then add it to mixed yogurt.
  • Serve with rice as side dish.
