Vegetable Maggi(ମେଗି)

Ingredients:

  • Maggi Noodles- 2(ମେଗି)
  • green chili(chopped) - 1
  • Onion(chopped) - 1 small(ପିଆଜ)
  • carrot(chopped) - 2 tbsp(ଗାଜର)
  • Green peas (matar) - 2 tbsp (ମଟର)
  • Turmeric powder - 1 pinch (ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
  • Cooking oil- 1 tbsp(ତେଲ)
  • Cumin seeds - 1/2 tsp(ଜିରା)
  • Tomato sauce - 1 tbsp (ଟମାଟ ଶସ୍)
  • Soya sauce - 2-3 drops(ସୋୟା ଶସ୍)
  • Salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)

Method:

  • Heat 1/2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pan and add jeera,chopped onion, green chilly, green peas and carrot in it. 
  • Add pinch of turmeric powder and salt to taste.
  • Saute on medium flame for about 3-4 minutes till onion turns medium brown. 
  • Put boiled water(as requied) in to the pan.
  • Add tomato sauce, soya sauce and maggi in to the pan and mix it well.
  • Cook uncoverly for couple of  minutes till maggi became half boiled and leave little water.
  • Switch off gas and cover the lid for 5 mins.
  • After 5 mins maggi cooked properly.
  • Server hot.
