Mutton Liver masala fry (ମାଂସ କଲିଜା କଶା)

Ingredients:

  • Mutton Liver(cube medium) - 6-7 pices
  • Onion(slice) - 2 medium(ପିଆଜ)
  • Green chilly - 2
  • Ginger and garlic paste - 1 tbsp(ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ବଟା)
  • Coriander powder - 1/2 tsp (ଧନିଆ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ )
  • Red chilly powder - 1 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Salt as taste(ଲୁଣ)
  • Mustard oil - 2 tbsp(ସୋରିଷ ତେଲ)
  • Mutton masala powder - 1/2 tsp
  • whole garam masala/khadi masala(cinnamon,cardamom,laung,black pepper) - 1(ଗୁଜୁରାତି) (ଡାଲଚିନି) (ଗୋଲ୍ ମରିଚ)

Method:

  • Heat the oil in a pan.put khadi masala, green chilly and saute it for a min.
  • Add onion and saute it till onion became light brown color.
  • Add ginger garlic paste,turmeric powder, chilly powder, coriander powder and saute it for 3-4 mins.
  • Finally put mutton liver, salt, mutton masala and mix it properly.
  • Cover and cook till liver is cooked properly.(in between we ll saute it with adding little water).
  • Once liver is cooked properly,then saute it 2 mins without cover the lid.
  • Server hot with rice as a side dish or with roti.
