Spicy methi paratha

Ingredients:

  • Methi (Fenugreek ) leaves - 250 gms(washed and chopped finely or boiled methi for few minutes)
  • Green chilli - 2 chopped
  • Onion - 5 chopped(optional)
  • Coriander powder – 1 tsp
  • Salt  as taste
  • Red chilli powder - ½ tsp
  • Cumin seeds ( jeera ) -1 tsp
  • Wheat flour - 4 small bowl
  • Oil/butter as required for paratha

Method:

  • Take all the ingredients except wheat flour, in a flat plate.
  • Mash properly, now add wheat flour and mix.
  • Add little water and make a medium dough.
  • Put it covered for 15 min.
  • Heat the tawa , Now neat the dough with little oil, make small balls of it and roll like a round chapatti or like a triangle paratha . 
  • Put it on preheated tawa, bake from both sides , apply butter or oil on both sides, bake on medium flame.
  • Methi Paratha is ready, serve it hot with curd or any type of chatni.
