Dahi Bhindi(ଦହି ଭେଣ୍ଡି)

Ingredients:

  • Bhindi(Lady Fingure) - 250 g (ଭେଣ୍ଡି)
  • Oil - 2 tbsp(ତେଲ)
  • Onion(cube size) - 1 medium(ପିଆଜ)
  • Mustard Seeds - 1tsp(ସୋରିଷ)
  • Dry Chilli/Green Chilli - 2 (ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
  • Red chilli powder - 1 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Coriander powder - 1 tsp(ଧନିଆ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Curd - 1/2 cup(ଦହି )
  • Tomato(chopped) - 1 medium(ଟମାଟର)
  • Salt to taste (ଲୁଣ)
Method:-
  • Wash and dry the bhindi and cut it into small round pieces.
  • Heat oil in a pan and fry bhindi pieces till bhindi become crisp.
  • Once they get fried, transfer to the plate and keep a side.
  • In the same pan add little oil and put Onion and saute till it become light brown.
  • Put chopped tomato,salt, coriander powder and chilli powder and saute it for 3-4 mins till tomato become soft and massy.
  • Finallyadd curd, fried bhindi and mix well and cook for 5 mins.
  • Serve hot with rice or roti.
