Rawa and coconut ladoo

Ingredients:

  • Rawa – 1 cup
  • Grated coconut – 1 cup
  • Sugar as taste – ¾ cup
  • Ghee – 3 tbsp
  • Milk – ½ cup
  • Cashew nuts – ½ cup
  • Raisins – 10
  • Cardamom powder – 1 pinch

Method:

  • Heat the ghee in a pan and fry cashew nuts and raisins till it became brown color and keep a side.
  • In the same pan add rava/semolina  and sauté it in a very low flame until it disappear raw smell,then add grated coconut  and sauté it till both are changes to light brown color (but remember don't fry too much).
  • Add sugar and keep mixing in very low flame for 3 min then switch of the flame and add milk to it keep mixing.
  • Lastly add Cardamom powder ,fried nuts and mix well and transfer it to a plate.
  • Take that ladoo mixture into your hand and make small dumplings and let it dry for 2hrs and serve.
