Shahi Egg curry

Ingredients:

  • Eggs - 6
  • Garlic - 6 pods
  • Onion(chopped) - 1
  • Green chillis - 2
  • Ginger - 1 inch
  • Kasturi methi - 1 tsp
  • Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
  • Garam masala - 1/2 tsp
  • chat masala - 1/2 tsp
  • Curd - 2-3 tbsl
  • Oil - 1 tbsp
  • Butter - 1/2 tbsp
  • Salt as taste
  • Cinnamon - 1 inch
  • Cardamom - 2
  • Tamato - 1(chopped)
  • Water - 1 cup

Method:

  • Boil eggs for 15 mins.
  • Make a coarse paste of Onion, Garlic, Ginger and Green chilli.
  • Heat the oil in a pan and saute the paste.
  • Add red chilli powder, salt and saute for 3 mins.
  • Add chopped tomato and cover it for 5 mins.
  • Finally add kasturi methi,garam masala and chat masala and saute it.
  • Whisk the curd and mix it well to the saute.
  • Add 1 cup of water and boil it for 10 mins.
  • make slice cut of boiled eggs and add them in the mixture.
  • Add butter and cook it for 5 mins.
  • Server hot with Paratha/rice.
