Veg Fried Rice

Ingredients:

  • Cooked rice - 2 cups(ଭାତ)
  • Ghee - 1 tbsp(ଘିଅ)
  • Oil - 1 tbsp(ତେଲ) 
  • Onion  - 1(ପିଆଜ)
  • Beans(chopped) - 1/2 cup(ବିନ୍ସ) 
  • Carrot(chopped) - 1/2 cup (ଗାଜର)
  • Green chillies(chopped) - 2(ଲଙ୍କାମରିଚ)
  • Jeera - 1 tsp(ଜିରା)
  • Garlic(chopped)  - 1 tbsp(ରସୁଣ
  • Green peas - 1/2 cup(ମଟର)
  • Soya sauce - 1 tbsp(ସୋୟା ଶସ୍)
  • Vinegar - 1 tsp(ଭିନେଗାର)
  • Salt to taste (ଲୁଣ)                                                                  

 Method:

  • Heat the pan and add oil and ghee to it.
  • Put jeera,chopped garlic and green chillies and saute it for couple of mins.
  • Then add chopped onion and saute it till onion turns light pink color.
  • Now add all vegetables except capsicum to the pan and saute the vegetable till 1/2 cooked.
  • Then add Capsicum and saute it for  1-2 minutes.
  • Add vinegar and soya sauce and mix it well.
  • Then add Salt. Finally add the cooked rice.
  • Mix well and cook the rice for another 2 minutes
  • All the things are mixed well. Garnish the rice with coriander leaves and mix.
  • Fried Rice are now ready. 
  • Serve hot.
