Peanut Chutney (ବାଦାମ ଚଟୁଣି)


Ingredients:
  • Peanuts - 2 cups (ବାଦାମ)
  • Red chillies -5
  • Salt - to taste (ଲୁଣ)
  • Garlic cloves - 6 (ରସୁଣ)
  • Green Chillies -2
  • Mustard Seeds - 1 tsp (ସୋରିଷ)
  • Curry leaves - 2 sprig
Method:
  • Fry the pea nuts (you can use with or without skin) in a kadai without oil. 
  • When it is hot to touch, remove it. Add chillies, Garlics and salt and grind to a paste. 
  • Season it with mustard, dry red chillies and curry leaves.
