Masala Potato Fry


Ingredients:
  • Potato - 3 (medium) (ଆଳୁ)
  • Ginger & Garlic(crushed) - 2 tsp (ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ଛେଚା )
  • Turmeric Powder - 1/4 tsp (ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Red Chilli Powder -  2 tsp
  • Coariander Powder -1 tsp (ଧନିଆ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Coariander leaves(chopped) - 2 tsp (ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର)
  • Salt - to taste (ଲୁଣ)
  • Oil - 3 tsp (ତେଲ)
Method:
  • Cut 3  medium peeled Potato into medium thick slices and transfer into a bowl.
  • Add Red chilli powder, Turmeric Powder,Salt, Coariander powder and Ginger garlic crushed.
  • Mix well and set aside for 10 - 15 min.
  • Heat oil in a non-stick pan.
  • Place the potato slices one-by-one and shallow fry on low heat turning them once.
  • Cover and cook till Potatos are done.
  • Drain on absorbent paper.
  • Garnish with finely chopped coariander leaves.
  • Serve hot with dal and rice.
