Bread dosa

Ingredients
  • Bread : 6 slices (ପାଉରୁଟି)
  • Dosa batter : 1 cup
  • Onion : 1 (Finely chopped) (ପିଆଜ)
  • Tomato : 1 (Finely chopped) (ଟମାଟର)
  • Green chilly : 2 (Cut into small pieces)
  • Cumin seeds : 1 tsp (ଜିରା)
  • Fenugreek seeds : 1 tsp (ମେଥି)
  • Coriander leaves : few (ଧନିଆ ପତ୍ର)
  • Salt (ଲୁଣ)
  • Oil (ତେଲ)
Method for preparing dosa batter
  • Soak 1 cup black gram (urad dal), 3 cups rice and 1 spoon fenugreek seeds for 6 to 7 hours. 
  • Grind the soaked black gram, rice grains, fenugreek seeds into smooth paste. 
  • Add salt as per taste
  • Add water make smooth easy flow batter and keep overnight for fermentation.
Method
  • Add chopped onions, tomato, green chilly, cumin seeds, coriander leaves to dosa batter and mix well.
  • Heat a tawa or pan apply 1 tea spoon oil
  • Dip each bread slice in dosa batter and roast both sides on slow flame for five minutes
  • Serve hot with sauce or chutney
