Sooji Cheela

 

Ingredients:
  •  2 cups - rawa
  • 1 cup - yoghurt
  • 1/2 cup - water
  • Chopped vegetables (onion, tomato,capsicum)
  • 1 - grated carrot
  • 1/4 bowl - peas
  • Coriander
  • Salt & Pepper to taste                                           

    Method:   

  • Mix rawa, curd and water.
  • Keep aside for at least 1 hour for fermentation.
  • Add all the vegetables and coriander.
  • Mix properly.
  • Can also add green chillies for spice.
  • Now add salt and pepper according to the taste.
  • Heat a nonstick tawa.
  • Spread little butter/ oil over the tawa once heated.
  • Now spread the mixture carefully over the tawa.
  • Once cooked properly, turn over and let it get crisp.
  • Serve immediately with sauce/green chutney
