Prawn Masala Fry(ଚିଂଗୁଡି ମସଲା ଭଜା)

Ingredients:

  • Prawns(medium size) - 15(ଚିଂଗୁଡି)
  • Cumin/jeera powder - 1 tsp(ଜିରା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Ginger garlic paste - 2 tbsp(ଅଦା ରସୁଣ ବଟା)
  • Turmeric Powder - 1 tsp(ହଳଦୀ ଗୁଣ୍ଡ
  • Tomato paste - 1/2 cup(optional)(ଟମାଟର)
  • Chilly Powder - 1 tsp(ଲଙ୍କା ଗୁଣ୍ଡ)
  • Mustard oil - 3 tbsp(ସୋରିଷ ତେଲ
  • salt to taste(ଲୁଣ)

Method:

  • Marinate the prawns with the salt, jeera powder, ginger-garlic paste, Turmeric powder, Chilly powder and 1 tbsp oil . Keep aside for 10-15minutes.
  • In a frying pan heat the oil. Put the marinated prawns and saute it for 2 mins.
  •  Reduce the flame to a medium high and let the prawns cook (In between sprinkle water). Leave the pan uncovered.
  • Serve hot with rice.
